ZSHL/ZSHT series three-way cut-off ballvalveThe "L" - shaped structure adopts a two-piece ball valve structure, while the "T" - shaped structure adopts an integral structure, with a full bore ball core and a high rated flow coefficient. The L-shaped center can switch between two orthogonal channels, while the T-shaped center can connect or disconnect the three channels, serving as a merging and diverging mechanism. The surface of the ball core is hardened using a special process to make it smooth and wear-resistant. The soft sealing valve seat material is polytetrafluoroethylene, and the hard sealing valve seat material is stainless steel spray welded hard alloy. The actuator adopts high-performance dual piston gear tooth strip structure or fork type structure, which has high transmission efficiency. The nominal diameter range of this series of products is DN15~300mm (1/2 "~12"), and the nominal pressure rating is PN1.6~4.0MPa (150lb~300lb).
